The comment was too long I couldn't post the entire log so I decided to start at the mods since there are no errors before that
Bro. There are so many mods, you understand that it's obviously going to crash or something.

okay?
I know something is going to break someday but this happened multiple times to me that the dev just.. forgot to make a "sub-system" compatible or smt. And this is completely understandable. apart from that, everything is fixable, it's probably just a priority thing because some other mod uses anvil.AnvilScreenHandlerMixin.
You understand this crash report is obviously going to help someone someday right?
It definitely helps :) you can also send txt files here btw
So this mod clashes with the mod called limitless and I don't see a way to make it compatible right now

That's cool, thanks for taking your time to see this issue <3
You are welcome :) The anvil max level removal method of the limitless mod is basically included in levelz
Definitely not a good solution but when the mod limitless is installed the mixin won't get applied from levelz with https://github.com/Globox1997/LevelZ/commit/871e802a9970970d5b1576d04512b11cd5717b35
Launching Minecraft with levelZ and many other mods prevents the game from starting
I'm not very good at this but I think this is the error you'd be searching for:
[Info: 2021-09-06 17:59:54.8492736: GameCallbacks.cpp(162)] Game/mixin (main) Warn @Redirect conflict. Skipping limitless.mixins.json:anvil.AnvilScreenHandlerMixin->@Redirect::normalizeCost(Lnet/minecraft/class_1657;I)V with priority -1000, already redirected by levelz.mixins.json:misc.AnvilScreenHandlerMixin->@Redirect::onTakeOutputMixin(Lnet/minecraft/class_1657;I)V with priority 1000
Otherwise, here's the Launcher Log:
