Describe the Issue

there is a duplication bug that only happens when you get smithing level 9 or higher. When ever I craft tools or armor, it crafts it with out any stats even though I have "tieredz" and it doesn't use any of my recourses, i also cant use the anvil to reforge my tools and armor.
