[1.19.2] Crash with JEI & Presence Footsteps+Mod Menu #14

The game instantly crashes when interacting with the UI for Just Enough Items in-game, or when hovering over the config settings for Presence Footsteps within Mod Menu with TooltipRareness installed (this doesn't happen with all mod configs for whatever reason). This crash occurs regardless of whether you only have JEI or Presence Footsteps+Mod Menu, or both installed.

Steps to Reproduce:

Install the mods listed below, launch Minecraft, click on any recipe from JEI and game will crash within a couple of seconds. OR go into Mod Menu settings, and go to adjust configuration for Presence Footsteps. Hover over any of the config settings and the game will crash within a couple of seconds.

Tested with:

Fabric Loader 1.19.2 [0.14.14] & [0.14.17] Fabric API [0.75.1+1.19.2] Cloth Config v8 [8.2.88] Tooltip Rareness [1.0.7] Just Enough Items [11.6.0.1011] Mod Menu [4.2.0-beta.2] & [4.1.2] Presence Footsteps [1.6.4]

No other mods installed/enabled from the launcher.

I'm also having this issue. Ran into it yesterday, and couldn't really get to why, but this look like it. Please let me know if any details are need from me. I can provide my mods and a crash report too.
