[Enhancement] A way(command) to give a player a quest back if they declined it by mistake. #6

Maybe a way to give the quest back or what would be better is to just dim the quest thats been declined and not remove it completely so the player at least has the option to accept it again if they wish to, or a tab for declined quests.
