When tiered on a server, config doesnt seem to work. #111

Describe the Issue

When making a server with the mod, craftingModifier on OFF, still getting tiers for crafted weapons.

Do you use any other mods except the required ones?

A bunch, but in single player seems to work fine.

Found a tiered.json5 that is the default config of the server.
