Basically crossbows deal about twice the damage that they should be doing for some reason with Tiered installed.
(enough to oneshot 20 hp mobs at times)
This damage increase is uninfluenced by rarity, and remains consistent even on a vanilla crossbow.
(crossbow w/o rarity assigned through creative inv/commands)
I originally noticed the bug in a modpack I was creating, but relaunched with just Tiered itself to confirm that it was an issue with the mod rather than an incompatibility in a new instance and found that it was still a problem.
I've never submitted an issue on github before so I'm hoping that the log file isn't required because I didn't become prepared lol
If necessary though I can totally relaunch minecraft at some point and get one :)
