[Suggestion] Flux Acceptor #149

Flux Accessor + Energy Acceptor = Flux Acceptor

Powers the system and puts FE into the network, as a single block. Can be right clicked to toggle a mode which charges the network directly from stored flux.

it is already implemented but disabled by default. you need to enable it in config
