Fix weird jumping up bug while scrolling #38

It would seem that some messages cause the scrollDistance to be incorrect for a short while, resulting in a 1 frame error where the whole chat list jumps up a few pixels. It seems to mostly happen when smilies need to load, but it could be something else. This will probably be hard to investigate, sadly enough.

I've noticed this happening while loading smilies from an unknown channel, so that seems like the location to search for logical errors.
