Show multiple maps on top of each other #11

Split off from issue #8. It would be nice to also have the possibility to have more than one additional map from an external source active at the same time. Right now the selection list limits us to only one map. This will require additional layers within the Waze map to be added dynamically, which in turn requires a different naming strategy for the layers involved.

This feature became available in the new release.
