The Netherlands: sign database #38

There's a service that provides information about all signs on intersections in the Netherlands, which would be useful for giving directions (as it will most likely be more up to date than street view). There seems to be a csv-file which details the available intersections, but there doesn't seem to be an easy way of finding out where these intersections are located.

To prevent a constant download of 5 to 25 MB on start-up, this map will need the creation of a small web service that caches the intersections and makes it possible to search for them with regular coordinates.

The data source seems to be unavailable. To investigate whether an actual tiling service has become available since then.
