As described in "their news post"(https://www.pdok.nl/nl/actueel/nieuws/artikel/31aug17-uit-productie-alle-vorige-url%E2%80%99s-van-pdok-luchtfoto), the old URLs are no longer working now. The current map will need to be removed as the layer names have changed and a new one with an 'actual' and '2016' layer has become available at https://geodata.nationaalgeoregister.nl/luchtfoto/rgb/wms
