Adding USDA NAIP map #83

Adding the US Department of Agriculture National Agriculture Imagery Program (NAIP) map. It contains satellite imagery which may be newer than what's available in WME. The NAIP imagery is a US Government Work and is in the public domain.

Looks good! I've merged it with the main branch and just released the new version on Greasyfork 🎉

I'm currently working on some stuff in another branch that should hopefully allow me to make the script work for other maps. Nothing too earth-shattering, but at least it could make things easier. I will first need to set up a system that will allow people to post submissions and do some of the work that I currently do for new maps though. In this case you've done all the hard work for me already, but I'll need to set up a system that less technically adept people can use as well 😁
