The Austrian basemap can be accessed with the following url: https://www.basemap.at/wmts/1.0.0/WMTSCapabilities.xml and all informations can be found here: https://www.basemap.at/index_en.html the basemap has seven layers.
The data is supplied under CC-BY 4.0 though, so we'll need to get a notice added to the "About Waze" page, which is a requirement for derivative works in the license.
Also blocked by issue #21 as this map is only available in the WMTS format.
