Trans bag Not working #2

I am playing on windows ark on windows 11, the trans bag just times out when i try to upload a item to ark data, also when trying to transfer, you can click on the other servers and press join but it will not actually join.

trans bag is only supposed to upload tames, trying to transfer maps or upload items will not work
