IU line in interface #21

We remembered that at the Jan 15 meeting, we decided not to include the IU line in the interface. It should be removed.

The problem is that Typecraft has 3 tiers and ELAN 4. The current
representation of examples is box in a box in a box, and the boxes do not
know how many boxes are around it. I will address this issue once I get
the Beaver data, because this might require some changes as well
