Overpowered Snowtroopers #83

In IC2, Snowtrooper has "Move 3 to engage the closest Imperial figure that has suffered damage. ENVIRONMENTAL RECOVERY GEAR: Each Imperial figure within 2 spaces recovers 1 damage".

In the original game, Snowtrooper has "Action: Environmental Recovery Gear: You and each adjacent friendly TROOPER may either recover 1 damage or discard 1 HARMFUL condition."

The extended range, built-in movement, and lack of the TROOPER condition leads to IC2 snowtroopers mass healing disproportionate to their low cost.

Would it be reasonable to change the IC2 ability? Even making ENVIRONMENTAL RECOVERY its own action instead of combining it with the previous move action would bring it closer to the original power level. Reducing the range back down to adjacency would also bring it closer to the original power level.

thanks for the feedback! I thought I had modeled their abilities directly on the Snowtroopers from Legends of the Alliance, but after double-checking, that appears to be wrong. Here's how they work in LotA:

I think that might be a solution. They still have a healing ability, but it's a bonus effect, and they don't move beforehand, so it's only a 1-in-3 chance, and they would need to be lucky because they don't specifically move to heal - and it would be more in line with LotA. Otherwise, they only heal themselves for 1 point.
