I also included in this PR the changes to the French translations (at least the ones already translated) so that they include translations for otherTargets.

Fix is multi-level:
part1 : ICEditor : in order for otherTarget to correctly be exported into the translation files. (PR: https://github.com/GlowPuff/ICEditor/pull/19)
part2 : SagaTranslatorModern : to allow translators to translate these otherTargets. (PR: https://github.com/GlowPuff/SagaTranslatorModern/pull/5)
