Fixing bespin4 mission infinite loop

There is currently an issue with Bespin mission 4 : The panic event will go in an infinite loop.

To repro:

• Start Bespin mission 4, pass all the mission setup steps
• "Increase panic" using the blue imperial token
• "Trigger panic" using the blue imperial token

The app will go in an infinite loop of messages.

Furthermore, some debug text is displayed while this loop is ... looping:

I discussed about this issue with Noldorion who provided me the fix. I'm just pushing it here with this PR.
