Using a Goat Horn Cuts off OST Overhaul Music #9

Hi! Whenever I use a Goat Horn on the 1.19 version when an OST Overhaul song is playing, it will instantly cut off the music, which I assume is due to too many sounds playing at once

This is due to the goat horns for some reason playing on the music disc channel 😅, I like the way it plays out so I will make it just resume your music after the goat horn is finished and if I can't do that I'll fix it

I'm also noticing that it'll cut off when a note block goes off, which isn't often, but certainly weird. I would think that it wouldn't stop for a single note block, but I could be alone in that.
