Implement "Other servers on same host"

As it currently stands this feature is missing from the Python version that relied heavily on MySQL to fix this.

• If this accepts * as a parameter I should be able to get a list of all the keys.
• When I have the keys, I can go through all of them to see if the IP of a server matches the first part of the key so I can add it to a field.
• If the LastUpdate is more than 300 second ago, then chuck (offline) behind the servername.
