Game: Make ladders climbable #50

Gladiators should be able to climb the ladders and pass any platforms that are on their way during climb. Horizontal direction which the ladder should be climbed has to be defined.

Ladders work, but setting lightplatforms collide back on needs work. Climb direction is not defined yet.

Climb direction is defined now. Lightplatform collide works fine. Ladders need to turn off gravity for gladiator, and reloading/throw/shoot needs to be disabled while climbing.

Animation needs to play only while climbing ladder, not while staying still on a ladder.
