Server side light handling #100

I'm not sure what's the current state of light level handling, but it seems like it doesn't do a lot, the client does. That can be verified by reconnecting the client, since after a while the client starts doing it in its own way.

Most of the time it looks acceptable thanks to the client, but when that fails it doesn't look good.

Not resolved. I logged off next to the left lava pool and rejoined and saw this. http://i.turt2live.com/bb9M.jpg

Edit: Happens to all known light sources that can be tested
