[wish] add a fallback for Free list degroupé #63

for 2, 3 weeks there was an update of the firmware of the v4 freebox
then
for the Freebox set to bridge and not router
we can't access to the Free list dégroupé

this case shows it is necessary to have a fall back solution

for example storing the Free list dégroupé in a server as code.google or
else
