Assistant should suggest corrective actions #181

With over one month worth of data, the app should make suggestions. Looking at my own data, in 70% of cases I take to little insulin for my meals. I have before and after values for many meals. The app should follow up on this for me.

"Your after-meal averages after {breakfast|lunch|dinner|most meals} is consistently too high. Consider carefully to adjusting your insulin dosage to correct this trend."

After making improvements the assistant should say "Great job! You've improved your after-meal averages."

This is already planned for our next iteration of assistant so again marking this as review needed and will close it when that bug is open.
