Specify dependencies versions in Podfile #27

I found that we don't fix versions of the dependencies. It is dangerous for reproducible builds.

I did this for the chart pod for now but we should probably agree on a baseline for tools versioning (I don't have latest XCode yet, for example, as of this writing)
