Allow users to create PDF reports #43

Allow users to generate PDF reports for sharing with physicians, etc. More specs tbd

What would the user do with the PDF reports? Print them? Grab them as files via iTunes?

It might be simpler to just send an HTML report email for a given interval, etc.

I'm not 100% sure but I think the idea is that if you are collecting readings you might want to visit your doctor and be able to share a printed report with them. Having the ability to either print such a report or save and send as PDF would be useful in that situation

A template for the report would be good. Some tabular info is easy, charts might be more work.

Hopefully we can get some input from @bkerensa or other actual users as to what the report should look like
