Create the jellyfish scene inheriting from the fish one
Program their house choosing behavior so that they only choose houses that are not touching any other houses or debris unless the house touching the vacant house has a jellyfish inside it
This will require a change to Fishmanger.gd's "CheckHouses()", & "spawnFish()" Functions
And a change to BaseHouse.gd to include data about weather or not it's edges are touching something or not
They should be size 1, same as "scads"
