Wrong version of oxd server getting installed by following this document #13

Though this document is for installing oxd server 3.1.1, Following this document installs oxd server 3.0.1 instead of oxd server 3.1.1. Can we change the document or make some fix in command so, following the commands will install oxd server 3.1.1
