fix(admin-ui): getting blank page for identity broker page

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: 1.install 5.1.2.nighlty flex

2. launch admin ui
3. goto SAML and open identity broker page
4. switch between identity broker and website SSO page
5. See error

Expected behavior should not get blank page
