Calendar list does not return all entries in calendar #109

What steps will reproduce the problem?

I set a range of "google calendar list --date=1996-01-01,2011-01-01

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect 2214 entries/lines . It only brings back about 6 months of entries or 
anything between 200 to 500 lines. There is no obvious consistent limit on the 
amount of data returned only that it will not return all the expected data.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Version 0.9.5 on Ubuntu 9.10

This was indeed a bug, fixed in 0.9.8.
