Videos dowloaded from picasa web with googlecl only seem to contain first frame.

google picasa get --title "Album with a video"

I expected to get the full video file as stored on picasa web.  Instead what I 
got was an AVI file with seemingly only the first frame.  The video files were 
all only about 90kB each.

By the way, googlecl is a game changer.  Well, technically the google API was 
the game changer, this just made the cost of entry for nerds like me a little 
lower.   Thanks!

This allows users to finally download an album, or all their albums, from 
picasa web without picasa desktop client.  If we can get video 
uploading/downloading working as well, then that would rock.

Video support for Picasa isn't incorporated yet, but will be eventually 
(crosses fingers). I'm merging this into the "upload videos" issue, since one 
will come with the other.
