how update to 14.9 #135

hey.. excuse I want to update to version 14.9（Chinese server,no vanguard）, that mean I just need to update the new data in the offet.hpp and build？ I am a beginner in C++ thx

now i use 14.8dll to the 14.9ver game, the game is breaken on loading..

You need to update the offsets and compile it.

For other people reading this: If you are non Chinese, dont wait for an update.
