Arth2000 and the Xiantis team have modified a version of Smelt to support RCON.

Take that and implement it into the main project.

[x] Create basic config settings
[x] Add RCON npm module
[x] Add a separate RCON Client
[x] Check for valid Selector via RCON
[x] Check for MULTIPLE entities matching the Selector. Don't allow it.
[x] Allow no Selector in config and default to module filename if none provided
[ ] Use the "Selector" entity instead of "oc_rebuild" when using RCON
[ ] Fix offset issue - no need to compensate for Minecarts.
[x] Rewrite "combined" commands to leave out ones not needed
[x] Allow JSON property "rconSelector"
