Restarting Explorer causes width detection failure #15

Where if file explorer restarts (eg. If I force it to restart after file explorer hangs/freezes), it will completely crash and shut off >RoundedTB to where I can't re-open RoundedTB until I full reboot my PC (this did not happen with previous build from last week).

When taskbar window handle is not available, recreate the automation element.

Even when fix it, it disappears from task tray upon restarting explorer. It exists issue with wpfui? It may fix to upgrade after 2.0.0 version.

When recreating the taskbar handle object, just use wpfui:TitleBar.ResetIcon().
