Run at startup causes Windows exception #19

In version 22631.2506 of Windows 11 23H2, using Run at startup causes the taskbar and Start menu to be unusually stuck or unresponsive. Interestingly, though, you don't have this problem if you manually start RoundedTB after booting up.

I haven't found a pattern to this bug, and it's even a bit hard to reproduce, but it's always there somehow. ~I think it might be caused by the fact that RoundedTB starts before explorer.exe (this is just my personal guess).~ Maybe it should be a delayed start after boot?

This seems to be a Windows issue, haven't encountered it since overriding the install with a Windows 11 23H2 iso image.
