Can't install #21

I'm trying to install RoundedTB, specifically this version https://github.com/Gniang/RoundedTB/releases/tag/canary20231016_2. But when I run the .exe it doesn't do anything. I have tried putting it in my AppData\Local folder but the same thing happens.
