MS Store #6

the original repo have been archived and so will these changes be updated on ms store version and if not then something like an installer and rainmeter skin of this would be nice

From what I know this is only a forked version of TorchGM's original program. This version is not official therefore would not be on the ms store as not only is Torch not working on it anymore and abandoned RoundedTB but he also unlisted it from the ms store making it impossible for any new downloads of RoundedTB from the ms store.

If I were you I would uninstall the ms store version and download this canary build as it is more updated. It still has issues but at least this version is being updated.

Adding a program in MS store also cost money dont ask something that its original dev job. Be thankful that Gniang forked the repo and still updates it

exe installer would be better than I mean for distribution

If I were you I would uninstall the ms store version and download this canary build as it is more updated. It still has issues but at least this version is being updated.

how do i install it though?, the "how to get it " section just tells you to go to the ms store, no info on how to install the canary version which is also a dead link

On the main page of this fork, on the right side of the page you will see sections for "About", "Releases", "Packages', and "Languages". Click on "Releases" and it will bring you to a page with all the canary builds from Gniang. At the bottom of each updates patch notes there will be an "Assets" list. Click on and download the ".7z" file in the assets list of the release you want to download. Once downloaded, open the .7z file with WinRAR or something like it. Drag the canary build folder into desired location. For me I put it in Local Disk > Users> "your name"> App Data> Local. If you don't see the App Data folder then enable hidden files from file explorer. You do not need to install it as it comes pre loaded. All you have to do open the RoundedTB.exe file and it will work.

gave it a try, it either crashed explorer or glitched out and kept flashing, so i give up with this taskbar and will just have to settle with the default taskbar :(, thanks for the instructions anyways
