Coming from Windows, this is a feature I really enjoyed using with Fancy Zones. Always felt very intuitive.

Came here to ask for the very same feature. But to clarify: In Fancy Zones you don't need to hold the right mouse button. It actually is a toggle:

I would really appreciate it if we could have the same functionality in gSnap, as I see myself using it way less than I did FZ due to a new learning curve for my muscle memory.
