feature request: jmnedict #199

Apart from jmdict and kanjidic, I would also like to use tagaini jisho with the name dictionary.

That's quite a heavy data set, and one that is not essential for teaching yourself Japanese, which is why I omitted it. But let's keep this open to remind me to try and see if this is practical.
