Editor.'s "UI 2.0" (with its first appearance in v0.8) is definitely an enhancement WRT usability and aesthetics.

But putting Editor.'s pulley and "Quick menu" to the screen bottom causes ...
... these two elements to hover up and down along with the vKeyboard.
... accidental keystrokes, when trying to pull up the pulley menu while the vKeyboard is up (i.e. active / visible).
... the large vertical space below the "Settings" entry in the pulley menu to be much more annoying.

Move Editor.'s pulley and "Quick menu" to the screen top.
This prevents aforementioned issues and creates a more usual screen layout, with quick access functions and pulley on the top.
Tested with Editor. v0.8 on a Jolla 1 phone under SailfishOS 2.1.0.11
