RFR: remove older differs #50

I ran all of our merged commits agains the products of the old diff2's and diff3's. All the results appear consistent across the board.

(The problems were related to creating new ids in mido documents during the diff. Happens regardless of which differ I used)

I think we can safely remove the old differs, and use the refactored versions.
