In TeakCore#onActivityResumed
- Send the session tracking start message (no actual Session object needed)
In TeakCore#onActivityPaused
- Send the session tracking end message (no actual Session object needed)

Update:

This should be moved into the actual TeakSession code as it should follow the lifecycle of the Session, not the lifecycle of the application.

"Session tracking" should track our actual concept of a session and work off that lifecycle
- When app is backgrounded, it's actually sending "hey server, if you don't hear from me within 2 minutes, the session is over"
- If it comes back, send a "hey nevermind" session-resumed
