Maybe this feature should be described as code template, I can't find any default template for go file after install goclipse, will this plugin provide a basic template to support it?

Yeah this is being worked on - DDT (https://github.com/bruno-medeiros/DDT/) already supports it, so it shoudn't take long to come to Goclipse too.
