Unable to update GoClipse

Cannot complete the install: Missing requirement: GoClipse 0.16.1.v201607061938 (goclipse_feature.feature.group 0.16.1.v201607061938) requires 'org.eclipse.cdt.gnu.dsf.feature.group [9.0.0,10.0.0)' but it could not be found

All my other software is up to date except Buildship:Eclipse Plug-ins for Gradle and Gradle for IDE, which seem to also be stopped by this.

My Goclipse Site is https://glclipse.github.io/releases, which shows CDT Main features, CDT Optional Features, CDT Preview Features, and GoClipse. If I try to install GoClipse from there, it says cannot perform operation, computing alternate solutions. Then it proposes uninstalling GoClipse, upgrade/downgrade Buildship and Gradle, and Will not be installed GoClipse.

If I accept that solution, it fails with "Installing Software has encountered a problem.
