Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Very useful to have an automated pipeline whenever there is a new pull request and to show sqlcover in action. You can use github actions and service containers to acomplish this.

• automated github actions running unit tests against a sql server db

• you can use a sql server via service containers in github actions. see example here https://github.com/lastlink/dotnet-ci-pipelines/blob/master/.github/workflows/dotnetcore.yml unit_test_db_mssql. They can auto run before a pull request can be merged
