Get Current active subaccount data

I can decrypt the session using the SSO key. and I am getting the following data:

Decrypted text: {"userId":"xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx","companyId":"xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx","role":"admin","type":"agency","userName":"Rahul Kumar","email":"rahul@xxxx.com"}

But How to know the above user is logged in which subaccount?
