Dependencies are brokne #1389

This app depends on utils which in turn depends on parse-server. The dependency bot is updating seperately all of those at the same time. Dependencies are seemingly broken now; parse-server commit hash is lost and a different versions of node is necessary to install semantic-release.

Thanks @PositivPy We havent updated the project in a while. If you are interested it would be fantastic if you want to give it a shot and open a PR.
