The ability to combine flags.
We need to be able to combine flags. Currently, some flags are based on other flags, for example: --year-range require --year.
--short-year doesn't work if --year is also present when it should. We have to create a new list for --short-year that would merge with the --year list to get the full list, ...
For the moment --year cannot be used with --numbers
