[Feature Request] Map fader source name to visualiser for the Mini #163

I have an XLR Mini so I have faders A-D, and the bleep/cough buttons. Because of that, the UI shows faders with titles "mic", "chat", "music" and "system" as also printed on the hardware (since on the Mini these aren't displays or programmable).

However, in my case they're set up as A (1): Music, B (2): Game, C (3): System, D (4): Voice Chat. It would be really nice if the UI could show the source name for the fader, instead of the label printed on the hardware, in the visualiser. That would make it easier to understand what's mapped where, especially as that may change per profile.

The other thing I've been pondering is if we could allow channel names to be renamed on the Mini. For example, my Game channel is actually what my browsers route their audio to (so I can control audio from tabs without needing to futz with their player controls). I imagine however that for the Mini this wouldn't update the audio sink name that the OS sees which would probably cause more confusion.
