Minor: Removes non-ASCII characters when encoding #32

Previous "ignore but don't remove non-ASCII characters" was incomplete, and now being entirely scrapped. Non-ASCII characters will now be removed when the encoded text is put in the main post.

Closing for now, as an anon has added Unicode support.
